Delta Dental

The battle against tooth decay in California is ongoing, with one in five children affected by third grade and resulting in 270,000 missed school days in 2021 alone. In response, we worked with Delta Dental California to launch the Sealants for a Healthy Smile campaign, empowering folks to take preventive dental care steps.

At the heart of our efforts lies the "Super Sealants Save the Day!" video, an engaging animation that takes families on a superhero-themed walkthrough of sealant application. This spot demystifies the process, underscores the importance of regular dental check-ups, and sheds light on the benefits of Medi-Cal Dental services.

Our campaign arsenal also included digital resources, social media content, and printable coloring sheets, all designed to inform and improve the overall wellbeing of Californian families with proactive dental care. But our secret weapon was the mobile dental van tour that extended access to sealants across eight California counties. This campaign arm ensured that sealants were accessible to those who needed them most, bringing oral health education directly to underserved communities.
