Making healthy choices isn’t about being perfect. It’s about doing our best with the information we have to live life to the fullest. And while most people consider soda an unhealthy drink suspect, they might be surprised to learn how much sugar is hiding in other beverages. Or how that sugar can take a long-term toll if we drink it daily.
This Calfresh Healthy Living Campaign was meant to turn heads and change minds. It aimed to help families make more informed drink decisions, like swapping sugary drinks with water. Using clever reveals, the work not only uncovers the hidden health risks of sugary drinks but also the power we all have to form healthier habits and say cheers to brighter futures.
